Refund Policy

1. General rule: no refunds for non-attendance due to personal reasons

Tickets and reservations are generally binding. No refund is granted if you do not attend, or do not attend in time, for reasons attributable to you. This includes, in particular:

• no show,
• late arrival,
• illness or other personal circumstances.

2. No statutory right of withdrawal for dated leisure events

For leisure event tickets with a specific date and time, a statutory consumer right of withdrawal is generally excluded under German law (in particular where the legal requirements of Section 312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code apply).

3. Price changes, high demand, dynamic pricing

Ticket prices may change depending on demand, capacity, timing, and allotment. The applicable price is the one displayed and accepted at the time of purchase. There is no right to a retroactive refund or price adjustment due to later price changes.

4. Exception: event cancellation

If an event is cancelled by us, you may choose between:

• refund of the ticket price, or
• exchange for a ticket to another event organized by us (subject to availability and any price differences).

5. Exception: rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled to a new date, tickets generally remain valid for the replacement date.

If attendance on the replacement date is not possible or unreasonable for you, you may choose between:

• refund of the ticket price, or
• exchange for a ticket to another event organized by us (subject to availability and any price differences).

We will communicate any deadlines and procedures in case of rescheduling.

6. Scope of refund

Only the ticket price is refundable. The following are excluded to the extent permitted by law:

• travel and accommodation costs,
• third-party fees or costs,
• consequential costs,
• add-ons already used (for example cloakroom, beverages).

7. Processing and payout

Refunds are generally made via the original payment method (PayPal) where technically possible and legally permissible. We may require your ticket ID or order number to process the request.

8. Abuse, ticket manipulation, serious violations of house rules

In cases of ticket manipulation, fraudulent conduct, or serious violations of house rules, refunds may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.
